In ottemperanza al Decreto Legge n. 127 dello scorso 21 settembre che introduce misure urgenti per assicurare lo svolgimento in sicurezza del lavoro mediante l'estensione dell'ambito applicativo della certificazione verde (green pass) COVID-19, la nostra azienda ,come tutti i datori di lavoro, è obbligata a verificare il rispetto delle prescrizioni previste dal citato Decreto.
Segnaliamo quindi che, dal 15 Ottobre prossimo, per poter accedere ai nostri uffici sarà quindi obbligatorio essere in possesso del green pass. In conformità con la normativa vigente, le attività di verifica delle certificazioni non comporteranno, in alcun caso, la raccolta dei dati dell’intestatario in qualunque forma.

In compliance with the Italian Law Decree n. 127 of last September 21st which introduces urgent measures to ensure the safe performance of work by extending the scope of application of the green certification (green pass) COVID-19, our company , like all companies, is obliged to verify compliance with the provisions of the aforementioned Decree.
We therefore point out that, from next October 15th, in order to access our office it will therefore be mandatory to be in possession of the green pass. In accordance with current legislation, the certification verification activities will not, in any case, involve the collection of the owner's data in any form.

ISG S.p.A. announces that an order for the execution of a Molecular Sieves Gas Dehydration Unit has been awarded by Enppi (Engineering for the Petroleum and Process Industries) to be installed at GASCO Western Desert Gas Complex (WDGC) close to the city of Alexandria in Egypt.
The unit is part of the new train D that will increase the complex capacity with additional 600 MMSCFD.
The project will be implemented at ISG headquarter in Milan and consists of engineering, procurement and supply of equipment and materials, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up of a 690 MMSCFD (including 15% overdesign) Gas Dehydration Unit that include Inlet Gas Separator, Molecular Sieve Dryers, Dry Gas Filters, Regeneration API 617 Gas Compressors and auxiliaries systems, Regeneration Gas Air Cooler, Regeneration Gas Fired Heaters, Regeneration Gas Filters, Regeneration Gas Separators , Control System and all systems to complete the unit ( Pipe-Rack, Interconnecting piping etc.).
The project completion is scheduled after 16 months from the contract date.
With this great result we confirm the consolidated ISG's key competencies in the Oil & Gas sector, specifically in the design and manufacturing of gas treatment units. It also strengthens our position as a leading process solutions provider to the major players in Egypt’s domestic Oil & Gas sector.

ISG S.p.A. announces that an order for the execution of a drying and purification plant has been awarded by Tecnimont S.p.A. to be installed at SIBUR AGCC PE-PP-LAO plants in the Amur region of the Russian Federation.
The project will be implemented at ISG headquarter in Milan and consists of engineering, procurement and supply of equipment and materials, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up of six packages that include Propylene Drying and CO2 removal, Ethylene CO and CO2 removal, N2 purification and O2 removal and Butene drying.
The Project completion is scheduled after 16 months from the contract date.
This achievement allows us to further consolidate ISG's key competencies as a leading solutions provider in the petrochemical sector, specifically in the design and manufacturing of drying and purification units for the olefins and derivatives segment and it permits to fortify our presence in the Russian market.
Milan, 26 October 2020
ISG S.p.A. together with its fabrication partner has achieved another significant milestone in the Middle East area by successfully delivering to Saipem S.p.A. a tri-ethylene glycol (TEG) regeneration system to be installed at the Hawiyah Gas Plant (HGP) Expansion Project part of the Saudi Aramco Haradh Gas Increment Processing Facilities.
The TEG regeneration package designed and built by ISG S.p.A. will be used in conjunction with a Contactor to remove water from a wet natural gas stream of 807 MMSCFD.
The package , specifically designed to achieve high performances with low operating costs and low effluent emissions, will guarantee an outlet water content in the natural gas less than 2.7 lbs H2O /MMSCF and a purity of the regenerated glycol of 99,5%.
Core equipment of the unit are the reboiler, still column, overhead condenser, flash and surge drums, glycol filters, glycol pumps and chemicals injection.
“With this project, we confirms our capabilities to design, fabricate and supply highly complex packages, through the implementation of modularization methodologies, enriching time by time the experiences on gas treatment projects” commented Mr. Alberto Crespi, ISG S.p.A.’s Project Manager, “working together as an integrated team with our client, the end user and the local fabricator, we have ensured a smooth and on-time delivery despite the Covid-19 pandemic.”

Impianti Sistema Gel S.p.A. announces that has been awarded by CCS JV (a Joint Venture between Saipem, McDermott e Chiyoda) an order for the execution of a refrigeration plant to be installed at Total E&P Mozambique LNG Facility in a remote coastal location in the Cabo Delgado province North East part of Mozambique.
The project will be implemented at ISG Headquarter in Milan and consists of three screw compressor refrigeration packages to refrigerate process water with a refrigeration duty of 3 MW.
Project completion is scheduled after 13 months from the contract effective date.
This achievement lets us further consolidate our experience in the manufacturing of industrial refrigeration plants for the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical market and in spite of the ongoing Covid pandemic is a further test of our core business’ resilience.
Aggiudicato contratto per la fornitura di un impianto di refrigerazione in Mozambico nel business Oil & GasMilano 18 Settembre 2020
Impianti Sistema Gel S.p.A. annuncia che si è aggiudicata un contratto per la fornitura di un impianto di refrigerazione da parte della società consortile CCS JV (Joint Venture composta da Saipem, McDermott e Chiyoda) da installarsi nell’impianto di Liquefazione Gas Naturale di Total E&P Mozambico nella regione costiera della provincia di Capo Delgado in Mozambico.
Il progetto verrà eseguito presso gli uffici ISG di Milano e consiste nella fornitura di tre unità package con compressori a vite per refrigerare acqua di processo con una potenzialità frigorifera di 3 MW.
Il completamento del progetto è previsto in 13 mesi dalla data di entrata in vigore del contratto.
Questo ordine garantisce la continuità di ISG nello sviluppare e realizzare impianti di refrigerazione destinati all’industria Petrolchimica e dell’Oil & Gas e nonostante la pandemia in corso è un ulteriore prova di resilienza del nostro business.

due to the Covid-19 pandemic and by reason of the government measures adopted, in Italy and worldwide to minimize the people-to-people contact, business trips, production departments, inspection and testing activities are subject to heavy restrictions, Impianti Sistema Gel S.p.A. (ISG S.p.A.) would like to reassure its customers about current situation at its industrial sites.
First of all, ISG management is constantly following up and monitoring the situation at our office and fabrication locations in Italy and abroad.
Even if we are aware that the supply chain in many industrial sectors is slowing down and being understood that nobody can foresee which will be the final outcomes of this epidemic worldwide, ISG is fully organized to deal with the crisis and is carrying out its regular business through home office work, and all employees of administrative, sales, engineering, procurement and operation departments are working from home.
ISG ensure that your regular point of contact will be fully available and they will liaise with our fabrication workshops to evaluate the impact of this COVID-19 crisis may have on your orders.
At this stage, the impact of restrictions on the supply and production chain cannot be predicted , as strictly depending on their duration, extent and effectiveness.
As an immediate consequence, the activities already planned in the production departments as well as the inspection activities cannot be guaranteed and will be re-scheduled on a weekly basis identifying and avoid on time, any potential risks of a break of our production process.
Furthermore, as of today, none of our employees have been affected by the Corona virus and ISG is taking all measures recommended by the national authority (Italian Minister of Health and Safety). In addition to the official information we demand our employees to follow the below recommendations in order to reduce their personal risks:
